Turn field data into the report your funder wants.
INBECOS reads your spreadsheets, surveys and field notes and drafts each section in your funder’s format. Every figure and sentence links to the record behind it, and a named person signs off before anything is sent.

Visit notes, March. “Both schools lost the water supply. Classes ran half days for three weeks.”
No attendance records found for these two schools in the connected files. The report states the gap and does not estimate a figure.
Less time assembling reports
Figures, tables and narrative are drafted for you. Your team reviews instead of retyping.
Every number can be traced
Each figure and sentence links to the file and row it came from, so a funder or auditor can check it in one click.
One record, every funder
Keep your data once. Switch the funder and the same records fill that funder’s template and wording.
Every funder wants your data in a different format.
Programme teams keep their data in spreadsheets, survey tools and notes. Each report means pulling it together again by hand, one template at a time.
- Numbers pulled out of several files by hand
- A new template and wording for every funder
- Figures that nobody can trace after the fact
- Gaps found at the deadline
- Records connected once and kept as the source
- The funder’s template filled from the same records
- Every figure linked to its file and row
- Missing data flagged as you go
In 6 of 8 programmes reviewed by EEA and Norway Grants in 2025, officers still extracted and added up indicator data by hand in Excel. Source
From your files to a signed report.
Connect your records
Upload spreadsheets, survey exports and notes in any language. Your files stay exactly as they are and remain the source of every number.
Draft in your funder’s format
Add the funder’s template. INBECOS matches each field to a record, drafts the narrative from what your files say, and lists what it cannot find.
Check and send
Each section is approved by a named person before it can be exported. Every approval is recorded, so a funder or auditor can see who checked what and when.
Questions
What programme teams ask first. For anything else, write to hello@inbecos.com.
Which funders and templates does it work with?
You upload the funder’s template, as a Word file, a spreadsheet or a PDF form, and INBECOS maps its fields to your records. Nobody on the funder’s side needs to sign up or change anything.
What data can I connect?
Spreadsheets, CSV exports from survey tools such as KoboToolbox, and Word or PDF notes. Your records can be in any language.
What does the AI do, and what does it not do?
It matches fields to records, drafts the narrative from what your files say, and lists what is missing. It does not estimate a missing figure, and nothing is exported until a named person has approved each section.
Can a funder or auditor check a number?
Yes. Every figure and sentence links to the file and row or passage it came from, and the sign-off is recorded with the name of the person who approved it.
Who can see my files?
Only the people you invite. Your files are used to write your reports and are not used to train models.
